## Your Right of Withdrawal (EU — 14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days of receiving your order**, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, email us at **support@peakkit.be** within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
## Return Conditions
- Items must be returned **unused, in their original condition and packaging**.
- You must send the item back within **14 days** of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We will provide the return address by email when you initiate the return — please do not send items back without contacting us first.
## Refunds
Once we receive your return (or you provide proof of having sent it back), we will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs within **14 days**, using the same payment method you used for the order.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever comes first.
## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email **support@peakkit.be** within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including return shipping if a return is needed. Your statutory warranty rights under Belgian and EU law (legal guarantee of conformity, minimum 2 years) are not affected by this policy.
## Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. If it has been longer, contact your bank first, then email us at **support@peakkit.be** and we will investigate.
