Shipping policy

## Where We Ship
We currently ship to **Belgium**. Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners' warehouses.
## Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it is on its way.
## Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is **8–15 business days** from dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — occasional carrier or customs delays can occur, especially around holidays.
All applicable duties and taxes for orders delivered within the EU are included in your purchase — there are **no surprise customs charges** on delivery.
## Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 5 days after dispatch for tracking events to appear.
## Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within **20 business days** of dispatch, email us at **support@peakkit.be** with your order number. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
## Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at **support@peakkit.be** as soon as possible — we can correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
